Saint Kipstofer and the Miraculous Yarkarma

Book 4: Smeldy encounters Admiral Grouper, a failed officer despondent after his humiliating defeat in a battle for the skies. But instead of ending it all, Grouper is reborn by a miracle, and renames himself: Kipstofer. On their way to Enlightenment, Saint Kip and Schmeldy attempt to discover the truth about Arcademis, the star of the north, so that they can bring salvation to the Doethalian Empire, their homeland. Along their voyage to the northern hemisphere to meet Brady MacFind, more miracles occur, and the Brothers gather a following, including a slave, a seller of noodels, and a bellhop. But everyone wonders: what exactly do they believe? Will Kipstofer's message of unity remain intact as his acolytes splinter off to all corners of the globe? Will Doethalia listen to the preachers? Or will doom overtake them all?
